I use it for my lower back pain and it really helps me to be able to do housework or just not be in such bad pain!Great support, recommend it.I have lower back problems and a few years back my chiropractor had given me similar belt (which I wore as needed) and I had been looking for a replacement for it. This one covers more area on the back than my old one and is very comfortable. The "boning" allow for it to stay in place and does not "roll" with movement. Adjustable straps help tighten as desired. Allows for flexibility during exercise or while doing regular activities around the house. Helps you keep your posture while sitting and is hardly visible under clothing. I wish this item was available in other colors like nude or black. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.I like this product for the strong vel cro, and the fact that it is not bulky, it fits under clothing very niceThis product is useless! the elastic feels loose and does not support the lower back. It is super uncomfortable because it is too wide at the back and hurts the breasts. The velcro peels off slowly as you move. Try to return it and the seller charges me a 15% restocking fee, and also pay the return. Logically, it is not convenient. I asked amazon for help and they offered me A-Z guarantee and in the end they are useless! They ended up telling me that it was my mistake if the product was damaged, and I had to pay. It is unfair! honestly don't risk it. Both amazon, and the seller are a complete scamI was instructed by my physical therapist to wear this brace to support my lower back. It worked wonders and now I only wear it when I exercise and work my second job in retail because of the constant bending. Unfortunately, last night I forgot to wear my brace while working retail and boy could I feel the difference. Let's just say I will never forget to wear it again.Works very well and I like how it's adjustable. The only thing I kinda don't like is the fact that if you wear it against your skin and you don't pull the flaps all the over in the front the rough part of the velcrow rubs against your skin and it's kind of uncomfortable. I just pulled the flaps all the way over and it's much better though........My chiropractor showed me exactly how to wear this. It made a huge difference when I did it correctly. Took the pain off my back. Highly recommended.It's not what it says, false advertising
