The overall sizing of these pants is correct except for the length. The inseam is 25"---too long for capris and too short for ankle pants. I purchased both the black and dark blue in a Size 6 (5'4" 130 lbs.) which I normally wear in Nine West and they fit as expected. I should also note they are high wasted and do have a leggings fit but I'm OK with that. I did decide to keep them and have them shortened to a capri length.
