I wear size 7 shoes. Ordered 7M. The shoes are a little big. Even with socks. There is some heel slippage. If I tighten the laces they don't slip. Perhaps I'll try heel guards. Not sure about going down a half sizes as the toe area fits well. I can't rate them yet re wear because I'm waiting for warmer weather. If I have further issues with the wear I'll revise this review.
